We accept all dental insurance, but are not on any 'capitation' plans. No dental insurance company pays all dental costs, therefore, we will help you maximize your benefits and provide financing for all care.  Our Suwanee office is not a 'dental clinic', very far from it.  We schedule time exclusively for you and have a relationship with you, not an insurance provider.
 

In order for us to file your claim, we ask that you bring your dental forms and plan information booklet preferably before your first visit; you can fax, email or send it through postal mail.  We can  estimate  your dental benefits, but please realize that your benefits are a contract between you and your provider.  Your employer purchased your benefits from an insurance company.  What the insurance company pays on treatment, is based solely on the plan bought by your employer.  Unlike medical insurance, our fees are the same whether you have insurance or pay out of pocket.

Payment of co-pays and deductibles are expected at time of service, and for major work, 1/3 of the entire fee is required to begin treatment, again, regardless of benefits. 

We are pleased to offer financing on your care which is not covered by your benefits. This allows you to receive the care you desire, without being limited by your insurance.

If for any reason, we have not received your insurance carrier's payment 90 days after the claim, the remaining balance will be due and payable by you.

As a courtesy to you, we offer, a 5 percent savings for cash or check for payment in full (your entire treatment plan, not just that day) before the time of service.
